How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Portugal: 1–5 working days
  • Europe: 3–10 working days
  • International: 10–20 working days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs procedures, transport delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.


When will my order be shipped?

Orders are prepared and shipped only after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders with pending or failed payments will not be shipped.


Can shipping delays occur?

Yes. Shipping delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • customs inspections;
  • carrier delays;
  • weather conditions;
  • high seasonal demand;
  • incorrect shipping information.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping companies.


Can I track my shipment?

If tracking is available for the selected shipping method, customers will receive a tracking number by email after the order has been dispatched.


Incorrect shipping address

We are not responsible for failed deliveries, delays, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Damaged shipments

If an order arrives damaged, customers must contact customer support within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the damage and packaging.


Customs and import duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
