Will my order be shipped if payment has not been completed?
No. Orders are only processed and shipped after full payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
What happens if the payment has not arrived yet?
If the payment is still pending, delayed, or under verification, the order will remain on hold and will not yet be prepared for shipment.
Order preparation and shipping only begin after payment confirmation.
Which currency do we accept?
All prices and payments on our website are processed in Euro(€ / EUR)
If you are paying from another country or using a different currency, your payment provider or bank will automatically convert the amount according to their exchange rates and fees.
